- System Integration: Bridge existing "digital divides" by integrating plant scheduling and data currently held in manual Excel spreadsheets into the Microsoft D365 FinOps environment.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Facilitate annual, quarterly, and monthly demand planning discussions to balance supply with customer service requirements.
- KPI Management: Define and monitor critical end-to-end Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through the development of comprehensive dashboard reporting.
- Silo Neutralization: Coordinate between finance, sales, and manufacturing plants to reconcile forecasts with actual supplier demand and plant capacity.
- Team Development: Provide direct leadership to an initial team of two, with the potential to scale the department to 15 reports as processes mature.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Management Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of direct leadership experience (reduced from 5 years to prioritize fit and relocation).
- Supply Chain Expertise: At least 7 years of progressive experience in supply chain, specifically managing SIOP or S&OP processes.
- Operational Background: Proven experience in both Make to Order (MTO) and Make to Stock (MTS) environments.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft D365 FinOps or Sighteline.
- Relocation: Ability and willingness to reside within a one-hour commute of Antigo, Wisconsin.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary Range: $108,929.60 – $125,278.40 annually.
- Negotiation Flexibility: The hiring team is willing to consider a base of up to $135,000 for an exceptional candidate.
- Bonus Structure: 10% Management Incentive Program based on overall company EBT and performance metrics.
- Travel: Approximately four domestic US trips per year (2–3 days per trip) to various plant sites.
